Scientific Abstracts

SCIENTIFIC PAPER & E-POSTER ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  • Abstract submissions open on Wednesday, 23rd Nov. 2022 and ends on 30th Jan. 2023
  • All registered delegates can submit a scientific abstract.
  • The paper and Eposter presentation can be either be an original scientific research or case reports/series. Additionally, systematic reviews / meta-analyses/ reviews may be considered ONLY for Eposter presentation on the basis of merit.
  • A delegate can make either ONE paper presentation or E-poster presentation, but can coauthor more than one presentation.
  • EPosters can be jointly presented (2 delegates), however both presenters should be registered for the conference.
  • No restriction of entries per institute
  • Delegate oral presentation time 10 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion and for print poster (3+ 2 minutes)
  • Student presentation time 08 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion and for Eposter (3+ 2 minutes)
  • All abstracts will be peer reviewed and acceptance of presentation is subject to decision of scientific committee only.
  • Previously published abstracts (in print or any electronic format) or those presented at another meeting are not encouraged and will not be allowed.
  • All abstract submissions will be made through the website and be in the prescribed format
  • The paper and Eposter presentation should not disclose the identity and the institute details. It should only display the presentation ID which will be provided by the committee.

  • A concise description of the experimental design and materials and methods along with statistical test to be applied
  • Results – Statistical analysis and interpretation of the data
  • Conclusion – In brief and related to the results of the study without speculation
  • Acknowledgement and or funding source
CASE REPORTS / SERIES

Title:

  • Brief clinical description of the case/ technique with outcome status of at least 6 months
  • Conclusion

PAPER PRESENTATION - POWER POINT GUIDELINE PREPARATION
  • The power point presentation for oral presentation should be made with Windows 10 or higher version compatibility.
  • The images / videos used in the presentation shall be compatible with any laptop.
  • The Conference laptop will be connected
EPOSTER PRESENTATION - POWER POINT GUIDELINE PREPARATION
  • The power point presentation for Eposter presentation should be made with Windows 10 or higher version compatibility
  • There should be only one slide of the poster in the landscape / portrait form.
  • It should have a clear structure and layout with minimum amount of text.
